Simone is our Remedial Therapist and has been working as a massage therapist for over 5 years. Her aim is to help you achieve your goals, whether it be being able to play your favourite sport, run your first marathon or just being able to get through a day at work pain free.
She bases her treatments around the understanding of balance; where pain, discomfort and restrictions are caused due to an imbalance within the soft tissues of the body. Cupping, myofascial techniques, mobilisation and stretching are often used within her treatments and you may be sent home with some homework involving stretching and/or strengthening exercises.

Simone is excellent and I thoroughly recommend her. I have been to quite a few remedial masseuses and she is by far the best. She has magic hands and always seems to know where the problem areas are and how to treat these. She has really helped my past injuries.
