I left my vehicle with Rennick's in Roma for three weeks. It needed a water pump and timing cover replaced. As I was out of town I phoned each of the three weeks I was away to make sure it would be ready for when I returned. When I returned, the car was not yet fixed, it was apart and the replacement parts there, just not in the car. It turned out that it wouldn't be back together for another week. I had to hire a car in the interim. A few days later, the car was put back together with the old parts, as they didn't have the time to fix it properly.
