Reno's Hair Care

I've had my hair done at Renos for a few years now. They are the only hairdressers that have successfully coloured my hair. Shout out to Bec ... thanks, you do a great job. And thanks for encouraging me to grow my hair even though I thought I was too old. It looks great long and its healthy due to the treatments she suggested.

Manager was rude to clients & staff I was shocked & walked out

The manager was constantly barking orders at staff members in front of customers. Which made me feel quite uncomfortable.

It was quite unprofessional behaviour and the staff did not seem happy. I didnt see one person smile.

Apart from that, they charge alot for their services and rush you in and out like you are being processed in a factory line.

This is suppised to be an " exclusive" salon but I may as well have saved my money ( as that is all they wanted seemingly) and gone to Just Cuts.

Poor reflection on them from their treatment towards staff and really terrible service. Quire apparent they do not value the customer.

Will never go back.

Horrible frightening experience. Last week I visited this hair salon and had my roots bleached. After bleaching I was asked to come to the basin to wash it off, then another girl (apprentice I assume) was taking care of the toner, she kept rubbing on my sensitive scalp and then got another girl to check the colour, she kept rubbing again and then came a third person to rub again and finish it off. After that I was placed in front of the mirror again. Then the nightmare started. My hair was so damaged it broke off and I ended up losing about 50% of my hair. The Manager and some other girl came along and tried to calm me down and said to me: "Love do not worry you still got more hair than me". They made a photo of the backside of my hair and said that they have to do this if someone complains. I consulted another hairdresser after that and she explained to me that they were careless and left the bleach far too long on my hair.
Will definitely never go back to this place.

Never again, not ever will I go to Reno's. Not only did it cost me $86.00 for a haircut and blow dry, but my haircut was so terrible I had to have it re-done by someone else only weeks later. I don't even know where to begin. I was brought over to the wash basin by the girl I assumed was going to be my hairdresser. No one looked at my hair while it was dry, nor did anyone ask what I wanted to do. After pouring water down my neck and back and thoroughly drenching me, I was brought over to a chair and dropped off. Another girl came over and introduced herself. I said, "Are you the one cutting my hair today? I'm confused. You didn't see my hair when it was dry, so...." She said she saw me come in, and it didn't matter (what?). She was actually very sweet. Newly arrived here from Singapore just a few months ago, and very chatty.
