I am thinking of contacting consumer affairs. I am so disappointed in the service I received really descusted. The staff were more interested in gossiping and the way I felt was horrible and extremely uncomfortable!

Where do I start with this salon... firstly, I used to go to this salon 15 years ago when I was in highschool and had no idea there was such a thing as a good or bad hairdresser, the lady seemed to cut my hair ok and thats all I needed... now 5 weeks ago I frantically needed a hairdresser and had been coming back to perth for 2 days from the country. I knew I could get a booking at renos and get a basic bleach regrowth done.. I thought "how can they stuff it up?" so the lady who did my hair was older.. so I assumed she must have some sort of experience and all would be fine and put my doubts aside. However, she took a good 45 mins to put on the bleach she started at the front near my forhead so by the time she finished it was sitting on the top of my head for 45 mins already then she said it would be 45 mins. Could not rate this salon enough!! Had a MASSIVE colour change done today, was so happy with the whole service from the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out (looking like $10000!!!) all staff were super happy and welcoming, and so professional! Happily recommended me products to use at home to upkeep my new colour!
Have only just read the other (bad) reviews, obviously from old staff :( everyone go here, you will not regret it!! I will be sending all my friends & family here and I will be a life time client! ????????

Horrible experience! $336 to bleach my hair and to make it purple and a week later another $137 to fix the colour cos it faded only after one wash. A week later my hair faded again and now is blond, blue and believe it or not green! Management sad that if I pay again that they would do something about it. I wish I can put a photo of my hair so you can all see !

She sad that if I pay again that she would do something about it. I wish I can put a photo of my hair so you can all see ! this hair saloon should be closed!
