Very disappointed with this service. Use them only if you are certain you won't be cancelling. We hired a bin but decided to cancel on day because we didn't have as much rubbish as we thought after knocking down our wall. I thought that they must be good since their ad is in Handyman Mag. IT is easy to hire a bin, but difficult to get refund if you cancel a bin. The director and supplier keep telling us to call the other. Run very unprofessionally. There are better bin services out there, wouldn't bother with them.
This customer was very hard to please . She rang after the bin was delivered and wanted to change the size . Running trucks and staff around is very exspensive ,once you order and the delivery is on its way you cannot just call and say I have change my mind .Rent A Bin have a great reputation and strive to customers needs but not when they are unrealistic and she was given a full refund and not charged for our time and out of pocket which was around $100.00
