Rent A Bomb Car Rentals

I needed a moving van and Rent a Bomb provided the cheapest quote. Although I was a bit worried, it was a fairly smooth experience. The staff were friendly enough and the hi Ace van was ok (though old and a bit smelly). Overall it did the job. Returning the van was super easy. No fuss. Pleasantly surprised.

You get what you pay for. For the price this, who cares if they say Good morning! I found the gentlemen named Carl very friendly when returning the keys. I will be a repeat customer.

Although the price is cheap, there is alot of improvement needed. Customer service definitely is definitely one of them. I have no issue as long as I get the car but as a customer, in future I will definitely think twice about using the service. All in all, average.

Their cars are cheap and nasty and so is the customer service. Use only if you absolutely need to save that last dollar as there are other budget rental places that will give you better (safer/more economical/more comfortable) cars for a fraction more money. We have had problems with an Excel running on three cylinders, a van that smelt like mould, and a Magna that pumped exhaust gas into the cabin and used a hideous amount of fuel. Not to mention the time when we had a confirmed booking and then were told the day of, that our car was not available and the time when we tried to book a wagon a month in advance and were told that WE would have to call THEM back closer to the date to confirm! I mean, what kind of rental car company won't take bookings in advance and expects the customer to have their plans in limbo depending on whether or not a car will be held for the booking?
