Very easy booking system where you pay online and nominate the day and time that the bin will be delivered. After you have paid you receive an email with the subcontractors name and phone number to contact to confirm the time. Basically the subcontractor did not care that I nominated the morning and told me I was too far out of his service area anyway. The bin finally arrived at 4.00pm and I wasted my whole day waiting. Sure it was cheaper than other bin services but after you have pre paid for your bin the service is appalling. Would not recommend. This service is just a booking service that passes on your job to other companies.
This person is not telling the whole story. He contacted the office the afternoon before and did not say he needed the skip bin first thing the next morning, if he had requested this he would have been told, being the week of Christmas that there were others that had booked in before him and he would receive his bin in the order of delivery on the day requested. This customer waited for the delivery driver to drive all the way out to his property from Bankstown to Castle Hill, waited for the driver to back the truck into the driveway to say "I don't want the bin any more". His excuse was that it was not a 6 meter by 6 meter bin (He order a 6m3 skip bin) He got what he ordered, he doesn't know what he is talking about. He contacted Fair trade to complain and wanted compensation, Fair trade dismissed his complaint. We should have charged him a service fee for the truck to travel an hour each way but didn't. This person is a professional winger and a time waster
This person (Mark) is telling the whole story. 1. I entered morning delivery on your online booking system. 2. I spoke to your service provider on the telephone Monday morning and he told me midday delivery. 3. I never told your driver I did not want the bin and we filled the bin as normal. 4. Yes I did get the bin I ordered 6m3 skip bin and used it. 5. I did not contact Fair trading. 6. I am not a professional whinger as you can see from my other reviews I give good and bad reviews as warranted.
