Been a tenant with them for just over 3 years. The staff are quite rude. To get any repairs done is such a hassle. I have been waiting for 2 months to get the oven fixed/replaced after providing them with the repair advice notice on last inspection. Based on my experience with them as a tenant, I'd suggest avoiding them completely.
I have vacated yesterday I spent 5 days cleaning paid professionals around $300 to do pest control and cleaning and they r saying nothing has been done even carpets and I have a receipt for proof
That's shocking. I dread the day we move out. They seem to enjoy giving breach notices for minor things - dust on the skirting boards is one example.
