Disappointing service and attitude.
If I wanted to pay someone to just pass messages on, I would not have paid money for Rental Guardians to manage my properties. Really disappointed, especially Fi**na.
The sales/BD were fine - sold the service well. However the actually property managers were hopeless. Quoted high prices, and charged even higher. If I hadn't checked each time it would have gone unnoticed. Forced to use their referral services even though I have my own preferences for plumber etc, who ended up being more expensive. Emailed or called almost every day - to make me make a decision - no thought whatsoever into what they were asking me. Tenants were actually all annoyed at Rental Guardians too. As soon as I left RG, (and found out others did too), I noticed my tenants and the service improved dramatically.
Save yourself the hassle and AVOID Rental Guardians.
It's nice to know there a still property managers out there that care about their customers! We came across Rental Guardians by chance when one Of the property managers was inspecting a place next to ours in Clayfield. Ever since then, Andrew has been fantastic, providing up to date reports on our house and quickly organizing quality tenants when the lease ended in December.
