Rentokil Pest Control

What im about to say is not the first time nor the second time. ITS AT LEAST FIVE TIMES.

So I booked for a full spray inside and out as it is summer and spiders are becoming a problem. They told me that they woukd be here today at 7am and that i would need to leave the house for approx 4 hrs. So i had my 2 kids ages 4 and 6 out of bed early so this can happen and i took the day off work. Well it is now 8am and I rang head office only for them to apologise and tell me they will ring the tech and ring back. When she rang back she said he is not contactable. Annoyed is not the word. Expect us to be home and deliver pathetic service and expect the paying customers to just suck it up. Pathetic. Looking at all the average reviews i think it is time they sort this stuff out. Where do I send my bill to for lost money for me taking days off. I bet they wont discuss that. Asked for state manager to ring me. Bet that wont happen either.

Terrible business. Have been with them for a few years (only stayed so termidor warranty would be honoured). Often don't show up with the right equipment or just don't show up at all and don't bother letting you know- especially ons Saturday.
Cancelled our service because we were sick of these issues and them not being able to do what we paid for and not only did they continue to direct debit us, instead of processing a refund they debited the money again. Said I would have it back in my account by month end (so end of Nov) but haven't seen it yet. When I called to follow up the lady handling my case wasn't there so another girl was looking into it amd meant to call me back but I've heard nothing.

I contacted Rentokil for advice regarding pests after experiencing some false advice from other local businesses in the area.
I had a well spoken gentleman named Kevin turn up on time for a free inspection & quote (had been charged $88.00 by other mobs) with a huge knowledge of pests & there habits.
It was also incredible that he wasn't looking at his watch & pushing to book/force treatments upon you.
I was shocked as he was so genuine & really only had you & your home at his best interest!
Couldn't be more satisfied with this company's professionalism & Honesty.
Would not hesitate in recommending this business as there's very few in the trade like it!
