Repair Bull

Based in Sydney - I contacted Repair Bull via email and then phone - had someone come to my home within 4 days of calling. Eddy was great - quick, professional and very friendly. After a few crazy quotes (from other providers), Repair Bull was very reasonably and they came to me! Will definitely recommend to others - thank you!!

Do not recommend repair bull to anyone. First off I had called the number stated on their website & Facebook page and no one answered the phone after numerace calls over the day. I even rang back the next day and finally got on to a staff. The staff asked for all the details of my car and said that they will get back to me straight away with a price and time. Well that was nearly a week ago now.

I even called them today to tell them how unprofessional they were and they had lost a customer but sure enough no answer and no call back.

Surprised they are still in operation with this poor customer service. Not worth a star or the phone call!

What a mess! Called and made an appointment, arrived on time. No professionalism at all. The person who came to fix my roof lining rocked up in a shabby old pair of boardies and t-shirt. Nothing to indicate this person was representing the company Repair Bull. The vehicle this person drove made the company look bad.(A dirty old station wagon with a smashed bumper)

When cleaning old residue of my roof liner, staff left a mess of it all on my front lawn.

On completion on the job staff also left the orange dried out residue all through the car, with no offer to vacuum. Upon payment, eftpos machine was flat and needed to be charged and the screen on the machine was eligible. The roof liner was done fine and for that I give 2 stars.

For the money I paid to could not believe that a company could be so unprofessional.

Unfortunately when I call a repairman for anything lately I am prepared to be disappointed. Repair Bull's excellent service in recently replacing the headlining on my ute was therefore a pleasant surprise. From the first call they were very prompt. Making a booking was easy. The repair man turned up when he said he would and the job really is first class. It looks like the original factory headlining - you cannot pick the difference.



Repair Bull weren't the cheapest quote I got but I got a warranty, a receipt and no 'cash' funny business. I could not be happier and will definitely consider them for any future repairs/service. Thanks Repair Bull.

I had originally booked for someone else to come and repair the roof lining on my car, then they gave me a whole lotta attitude when I spoke to them on the phone. Cancelled that booking and looked up alternative options. Repair Bull came up straight away and I made a booking. GREAT communication and competitive pricing, WITHOUT the attitude! There was something in my car that has been broken for quite some time and the guy from Repair Bull fixed it without being asked and he didn't even tell me when he was finished. SO happy with the repairs and service and recommend to all. One really important thing I want to add is that I was in North Lakes (Northside of Brisbane) and the guy came all the way from Currumbin to fix my car. Amazing service.
