Report Master

Did a pre-purchase inspection through them and their building inspector and their building inspection report missed out all the problem bits like cracks in ceilings, walls and worse of all mould on window frames and the walls around the windows. When we went to inspect the unit, we already knew of these issues, so we expected these and some more which you'd think a professional building inspector would pick up. But the report looked like a generic report (more based on a template) and had a few pictures. Felt like we wasted our money with this report.
