The Management Corporation used a Resicert Building Inspector to do a Building Inspection on our lot. The Building Inspector was rude, they did not do the Building Inspection properly and did not discuss anything with us prior or after the Building Inspection. The Building Inspection was needed to advise the Management Corporation of the repairs required. The Building Inspector missed a hole going from inside to the outside wall of the lot; they missed a visible crack in the laundry floor; they missed cracked tiles on the opposite end of the laundry floor and a broken tile outide the kitchen sliding doors.
If there are visible repairs requiring attention, why are they not placed in the Building Inspection Report that is paid for? We would not recommend Resicert Property Inspections.
