Residential building WA did a fantastic job on our custom designed dual purpose premises. Although the layout was somewhat challenging and complex, Aaron our site supervisor showed great attention to detail. He also worked in very well with the other required parties especially the masonary contractor. Overall I am very happy with the end result and appreciate the extra effort Aaron put in to ensure it was completed on time.
So far, have spent several months getting pre-start 2 done. Like the previous comment, so many emails back and forth, sometimes no replies or delayed replies and no one really returns your phone calls, 1 of our meetings was double-booked and then one of our important emails apparently was not received. Somewhat frustrating experience so far, will update about the actual building process (starting soon, once all of the paperwork is FINALLY put through).
All roses while they sign you up for your house. Then they throw up a rubbish product. When you attempt to have the long list of items sorted at the end no-one returns your calls or allows you to speak to the next level person in charge. Their motto is ignore the problem till it goes away. We have built 7 houses that have been a very frustrating experience right through, but each time we tried to give them benefit of the doubt.
toilet seats don't stay up, plaster is terrible grout stains severe, scratched glass and windows, water leaks. We have been forced to contract repair works ourselves as a result of the lack of response following a project.
We have built 7 houses with this company and everyone has been like pulling teeth. They are great at the start to sign you up, and throw up a c***py product relatively quickly. Then they stuff you around something cronic for up to 6 months not tending to things like, poorly installed features, viry dirty houses throughout, grout stains, water leaks, scratched glass, terrible plaster finish. The list goes on. Avoid them like the plague.
