I was a tenant in a property and my property manager was amazingly thorough yet friendly. Inge made my stay in the property nothing short of awesome. Everything that required attention was seen to almost immediately.
I wouldn't hesitate to rent through Inge in the future, and if I ever needed a property manager for a property I would definitely be calling her.

I am currently renting through Residential West and have found them to be very professional and easy to deal with. I was finding it to be so frustrating dealing through other agencies, I couldn't even get a reply from them when looking for a rental property for myself and my 2 small children, I had a reply from Inge from Residential West within a couple of hours of submitting my online enquiry and an after hours viewing appointment was set up for me within 24 hours. Thank you Inge for being so very friendly and approachable. You helped make the whole process so easy for me, to sign up the lease and to do the key handover, this was done at the property so I didn't need to go in to the office at all. The Property Condition Report was amazing!! A full DVD recording of the house, room by room, inside, outside, and easy to check against with separate chapters to view for each room and the exterior of the home. I highly recommend this Property Management company. My husband and I have had Astrid and her team from Residential West managing our 5 properties for the past 7 years. The proactive communication that Astrid's team provides throughout the vacancy period is second to none, we are constantly given feedback about enquiries, how viewings went, and proactive suggestions on how to best present our properties for lease. Residential West provide timely monthly statements and their staff are very conscientious in reporting maintainence, seeking permission to proceed with repairs, and offering to arrange and provide quotes where required. I would not reccomend this business to anyone. I used this company to rent out my investment property and it was the biggest mistake I have made! I made many phone calls and was rudely spoken to and then they would hang up on me. I am very surprised that they still have a business they way they treat there clients! Very unprofessional business! I rented through this company for over a year and I had so many problems for example, they refused to fix any maintenance and when I called them about it they where rude and would just argue with me. The things that where broken where necceceties. I would not reccomend anyone to use this company!
