After being a sleep Apnea suffer of 10 years I would like to warn those people intending to buy Res-med Products through Res-Sleep a subsidiary I presume of Res-Med located in Bella Vista. The durability of the FX mask is laughable. 4 Masks in less than 3 years, the last one lasting just over 3 mths which is "the warranty". However you may ring Re-med they may help you.... What a pity it is only $89.00. I am sure the Goods and Service Act states that the supplied item must be fit for service. When the small air diffuser falls out (clearly a manufacturing problem) I am told that my facial oils are the cause. People buying Res-med products be warned that you will have your hand in your pocket constantly as they do not last. Please look at alternatives.
