Electrical and plumbing combined!
He installed and I supplied a split system 3.5kW Mitsubishi on a Sunday.
3 level town house (approx 12m high); installed in L3 bedroom; external condenser mounted on roof.
He is knowledgeable, worked safely and professional.
And he kept the job clean!
All certificates emailed to me as promised for warranty purposes.
Resolve It was the 2nd tradesman I rang; and one of 5 quotes I had obtained.
They were the cheapest of all 5.
Very disappointed in the lack of service and flexibility here. Rang them to for plumbing job, based on the reviews here. I was unable to be here on the day and had arranged for someone else to open up and be here but they wouldn't do the job if I couldn't pay on the day! There was no way that this could happen in my situation and they were not willing to compromise or work out some other arrangement - so couldn't get the job done :(
Richard saved us totally - when we first turned on the gas to heat the place up all of us were feeling e cold sniffling coughing and miserable. We called two other so called experts to check the for gas fumes and they both said nothing was wrong not dangerous and charged us for the call outs. Still concerned I checked for someone local with great reviews and found Richard. He can out and diagnosed and fixed the problem - we had to install a new heater. The other one was on the brink of disaster. Richard was fair priced and gave a competitive quote but as the tradesman he is we now have peace of mind and we know if we call home he's fair dinkum! Thanks man
