24th March 14 i signed a contract to build a pool , after no contact from the management and their team i called 16th June only to be told i could expect plans in the mail
None arrived
August 3rd complained to company about the lack of action and i want my deposit back
25th September received a letter from the management admitting there failure and they would send a cheque in the mail , IT NEVER ARRIVED
26th October i went to Fair Trading , the management did not reply
Next stop NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal the management did not reply.
Same thing happened to me Donny1.
Contract signed, consistent delays, no communication with the management, now the company phones are disconnected.
