Absolutely disgusting behaviour, workmanship, and professionalism.

I ordered a trailer from this company as I had used them in the past. I don't know if they have changed hands, but their business practices have certainly changed.

I'm a welder by trade, and know what I'm talking about. The welding on this trailer is very poor, absolutely no pride in workmanship, I doubt it was carried out by a tradesman. ...read more

Prices to shock any billionaire! Poor aftermarket service. If you want a refund for a part bought incorrectly you can go and jump. Very rude and very smug. Almost impossible to get your trailer in the place. It's not drive thru. Yard looks like the local tip. Avoid at all cost. Better places with better reviews around the same area.

Resort Trailers turned out to be an Honorable company in the end
I reported below about the broken welding on my trailer racks in Kaloorlie WA. I was very disappointed. I sent resort Trailers both photos of the problems before proceeding and of the the repairs. I followed the requests that Resort Trailers required to understand the issues. I asked Resort Trailers to cover the cost of repairs and they reimburse the full $250 without any objection. I am delighted and very pleased that Resort Trailers turned out to be an Honorable company that stand by their product and service.

Never use this company. The workmanship is very poor. I had a HBar rack fitted to my trailer for travel to WA. I took it back because is was moving around and required more welding points to support the bars. They were very rude and very dismissive. I told them I was traveling across to WA and did not want a problem along the way. So today I arrived in Kalgoolie ...in WA and the bars have torn out of the metal and I need to find a local welder to repair the mess Resort Trailers have left me with. Look at the photos. What a mess.

went there for a blue slip for a new manufactured trailer
took less than 10 minutes and charged me $60 plus
and failed it on a technicality....with attitude to boot

blue slip today from another source , passed no dramas and cost $33 and took 30 minutes

go figure!!!!!
