Sean got us a fantastic selling price for our apartment and was great to deal with when buying our new place too. Everyone else we dealt with were also helpful. I liked their selling strategy.

The staff were perfectly polite, but did not go remotely out of their way to be helpful and made us feel that, as mere renters, we weren't worth more than the bare minimum requirement of their time. Don't expect to be told the outcome of your rental application unless you are successful, which in my years of rental experience is common courtesy - or maybe I've just been lucky and dealt with good real estate agents previously. I know the attitude of disdain towards renters is common in real estate, but its really not good customer service at all - why should it be acceptable?
