I trained with Belinda in Adelaide twice a week for approximately four years after trying out a number of other Personal Trainers. I found every session to be personalised and challenging. We worked hard and laughed a lot! I was stronger than I had ever been with my physio telling me at the time that I was more flexible than other people my age (near 50!). I loved the boxing and would highly recommend it to get rid of the stresses of the day!
Since Belinda moved to Melbourne my personal training sessions havent been so much fun.

I found Belinda (personal trainer at ResQ) to be an fantastic motivator, not only did she show me exercises I could do at home without gym equipment but she constantly found ways to keep me interested.
Her PT studio is very well equipped with everything you need to get a great workout and a pool for some aqua workouts when its hot. For any self conscious people like me its great because its a private studio.
She was and still is the best personal trainer I have had (ohh and I have had a few) and I will continue to see her even once I have reached my goals.
I would highly recommend Belinda as a Personal Trainer, for if she can motivate me she can motivate anyone. :)
