Restoration Station

Travalled out of our way on 18/4/2017 with a view to buy quite a few items for the renovation of our Queenslander. When we walked in the staff were behind the counter chatting, no acknowledgement or welcome. We looked around for a while and found most items were not priced so we had to go to the counter and wait for them to finish their conversation. It was a very tedious affair to get the prices on all of the items we wanted from a not very enthusiastic staff member. When I asked why items were not priced or a price list made available, I was given the excuse that the pricing needed to be kept private! Oh dear. Dear Owner, you need to provide accessable prices and / or staff who are keen to help. The result of this encounter was one lost customer who had a long shopping list.

Went in to buy a replacement ash pan for my fireplace after chimney sweep recommended this business. A staff served me at 4:40pm on Tuesday 20/4/14 afternoon wearing a red shirt. Only time I could get there. When I asked for the pan and gave dimensions, staff looks out the window, sighs dejectedly, then tells me it's closing time at 5pm, and its too late for them to go find parts downstairs, cause its a mess down there. No chance of finding it. Tells me to come back another day. Pity I drove over there huh. Took my details. No phone call. Its two days later. Must be so busy with other customers!
