After being a customer for 7 years my service with them was compromised and my customer database was compromsed. BE VERY CAREFUL! They do not offer basic security for their online service. They also did not offer an apology and that to fix the issue I would have to pay and would have to use my own staff to clean my compromised database.
With our previous system I used to have serious issues figuring out our stock levels and ordering, but since getting Retail Express I've found it much easier to see what stock I need to order in for my stores. Have also been really impressed with their customer service and support!

Unfortunately, I made the mistake of getting these people to build me a webstore BIG MISTAKE!! BIG MISTAKE!! Through no fault of my own there have been big delays on the project, very poor communication from retail Express with constant delays on when the site will be delivered and really no sense of urgency to deliver the site as promised.
I am in a seasonal business and made this clear at that start that I needed the website completed by a certain date (was assured that it would be) the date has now passed. In the end I have already paid them $12,000 and have a website that will be significantly late to be completed and have a website that I already know is not going to meet my needs or am happy with. I will probably have to start again in the near future with someone else.
To get things moving I have had to resort to reporting these guys to NSW & QLD Office of Fair Trading.

I wish I never chose them! Having issues with their support... Sick of them blaming me for a service I have no control over.
found the same thing , lots of glitches and stock standard answer "it will be worked on in the next few years"
sorry guys simple features in which we are paying for and included when we signed up should be working
if we wanted to go back to doing it the slow way we wouldn't be paying for something like retail express
Happy to recommend Retail Express. It's a good solid programme which makes my life easy. I own/manage a retail store and have very little time to do anything other than just keep the business running on a day to day basis.
Retail Express takes a lot of the manual work away and gives me back time to spend with customers. Good stuff!
