Retravision Midland

Please note that the reviews on this site are for the old retravision store, this one has only just opened on Clayton street?? The service was exceptional and they priced matched my fridge and even upgraded to a stainless steel model for no extra cost, very impressed,

We were served quickly and the staff recommended a product which we are (so far) very happy with, their phone service was also really good when I was ringing around for prices.

I purchased a television from this store last week, only to have it conk out on me a week later. I called Teac to advise them of the issue. They said as the purchase was within the 14 day period, that I could take it straight back to Retravision for a replacement. I called the store and spoke to a staff , explained to him what Teac had told me, after putting me on hold to check with the manager, he said that they would exchange it. I asked him if they needed to come and see it first, but they said no just bring it in and they would exchange it as they are not tech guys and cannot see what the fault is. When I got to the store, I spoke to another staff, who wasn't happy to hear that Teac told me to take the TV back. They then took the TV, didn't say anything to me and walked away. I eventually found them trying to hook the TV up,l attempting to switch it on. (well it didn't switch on anyway, because as I said, it had conked out!). The staff ignored me for 15 minutes, when I finally found what I was looking for I was looking at the item and was finally approached by a staff member who yawned in my face, then proceeded to tell me they didnt know much about the item.

I asked them if I could talk to someone who did, they walked away.

We shopped around and found the best prices for washing machines were at Midland Retravision. The service was excellent and far exceeded our expectations.
