The staff there are always smiling and welcoming. I love getting my hair done there because they’re always willing to chat and understand what I want.

The Management is awesome, not to mention that if you talk to them (like a human being, unlike some people do ) they will take time to assess your hair in detail. Had been going there for the past 4 years, never had a complain once. The shop employs very few hairstylist and helpers, so I know I would have to book in. Decided to dye my hair every different color possible, got so many types of recommendation from the hairstylist, and even the Boss gives welcoming and comforting advices. Would go back there 100 %. Recommended- (Phiona(Boss) and Dee)

This is our regular hairdressing salon and the staff are fantastic. The manager and regular male staff member know us by name and know the exact way to cut our hair. They are friendly welcoming and genuine. I’ve been to a lot of hair salons, but would prefer to return here each time.

When getting price quotes for bleaching hair, I had innocently asked the manager what products they used, and she rudely told me that I'm not the only special one and everyone gets good products used in their hair. I went with them anyway because it was the cheapest, despite the harsh customer service.
I'm Chinese with coarse hair and wanted to balayage my hair and have light ash brown bits through it, and showed them a photo. The girl who was actually doing my hair was very sweet, and it was an enjoyable experience with her. In the end though, the bottom half of my hair turned out almost platnium blonde instead of the brown I wanted, so they sold me a coloured treatment to do myself. My hair was so damaged after that. I do not recommend.
