Reading the previous review, I am not surprised that the previous reviewer (sjv) will not return.
Revenir is for regulars ONLY. Having been a client of theirs for the last 5 years, I have witnessed, on many occasions, the rude and stuck up nature of the management. The management will often answer the phone in a way that you wondered why you are even calling to make a booking.

Terrible service! I didnt manage to get an appointment at my usual place because I left it too late, so I booked in a brazilian wax for this afternoon at Revenir. When the waxing finished, not only were the prices outrageous for the service and everything; I only got a bikini wax. They charged me an extra $20 for a XX bikini because I asked them to take off about 0.3cm more on either side of the hair on my pubic bone. Usually, a XX bikini means the labia get waxed too. I ONLY got my pubic bone done. I will never go back there. the environment is cluttered and impersonal. During my wax, another worker walked in twice! I do not have one bit of positive feedback.
This person, Is clearly unaware for the overheads with working in a shopping centre! Im a regular at this salon for some years now. I have found professional reliable staff with a postive and willing personalitys. Also the standard of work is amoung the highest ive seen. Keep it up girls!! fantastic service!!
i visited this salon few months ago, now i have become a regular. The girls were great, friendly atmosphere and did a fantastic job. ill deffinatly be going back every month. Never seen such dedication and passion in a beauty salon. :)
