Thoroughly disappointed in the lack of interest and service from this clinic. I called the clinic on Friday to arrange an appointment for Saturday morning as well as a blood test. I was wanting to get a standard blood test and check that all my levels were fine. I was asked quite strongly 'have you experienced any coughing or flu like symptoms?'.. to which I responded no. The lady asked if I'd been in China in recent times, and I told her that I was in Shanghai for a few hours on a stopover. She became incredibly rude and explained that the clinic had the right to cancel my appointment and not see me. I wasn't even going to get tested for the Coronavirus. I have no concerns about that. However, if the clinic did, they should have adopted a more open approach and asked me to wear a mask, additionally they should have the ability to take appropriate measures themselves. Place has gone downhill fast. Unless you can sit and wait for undetermined amounts of time, and your happy to put up with generally extremely poor customer service- just go elsewhere.
Appointments often mean nothing at all. Went in for a referal for medical imagining to see a sign - no appointments available. Made an appointment online for a wet and miserable day later in the week - waited 45 min past appointment time tp see Dr. Made another appointment to pick up results after the time I was assured athey would have them - checked in again on automated system.
