Revive Antiques and Fine Jewellery

Minus ten stars! My two most treasured possessions were returned to me broken! I was told I would have to provide photo evidence to prove they had broken my precious pearl and diamond necklace which was passed down from my grandmother to my mother for me to wear to my wedding and my gold watch my father had given me. Then the lady told me she doesn't normally deal in "fashion jewellery" anyway, and that a used car salesman wouldn't take any notice of the condition either." She didn't seem to possess the integrity of any used car salesman I've known as they have behaved better. She said she doesn't pay any attention to the condition of the jewellery and doesn't know what happens to them when they go for repair which was very worrying! I told her I thouight her role was to care for people's treasured passions and to return them in better condition. We disagreed on this point. Please do not trust this place with your treasures!
