Lindy has studied extensively overseas and in Australia. In London Lindy studied Nutritional Medicine, lending an emphasis to the use of food as medicine in treatment. Upon her return to Australia she studied Naturopathy and was awarded Dux of Western Medical Sciences upon graduation.

Since qualifying Lindy has lectured at Melbourne College of Natural Medicine and spoken at many seminars while continuing to pursue her major passion - helping people regain and maintain their health and vitality.
