Terrible back up service would not buy a new car or any car from there even if it was half price.Stay away you have been warned

Don't trust their service department! Lousy service on VW - charged like wounded bulls & stuffed me around for months on replacing window shields under warranty. Tiguan kept running out of oil after service, every couple of months had to top up even though doing low km. Had car serviced another VW dealer haven't had problem again!

I am really disappointed with my Rex Gorell Audi experience. cooling off costs and they still haven't returned any of my deposit. Check with an independent insurance company for market value before you sign anything.

Rex Gorell car sales is the most expensive one, trade in price is the lowest one, and their car service department is the worst one in the region. They don't care about after sale service.

Rexgorell car service has been so disappointing and ugly. Since my brand new civic had a major service (40,000km) including VVT adjustment, my car has trouble to start. I have taken it to Rexgorell many times. All they said, nothing wrong with it. I took to a different Honda dealer in Melbourne. They fixed it. Recently, I serviced my car again with Rex. Their technicians completely forgot to carry out one of the services and they didn't even think it's a big deal. Shame on you REX GORELL!!!
