Rex has been looking after my German built Clock for a few years now and takes care of it as if were his own. Thankyou Rex for great service.

Rex was fantastic. He repaired my old Gilbert clock and did a great job. He was friendly, reliable, knowledgeable and the clock is now running and looking a million dollars. I can highly recommend Rex.

Rex came when he said he would come. He examined the clock and took it away to repair. He provided a quote. He fixed the clock within the period he specified. He returned when he said he would to reinstall the clock works. The clock now works fine (grandfather clock). The cost was less then the initial quote. What is there to compalin about?

Can I put a negative star?? I took my cuckoo clock to his place sometime in November 2014. Called him several times to find out when it would be fixed. Excuses: not started yet, ordered parts from overseas, followed up ordered parts, ordered parts never arrived, tried fixing again without the ordered parts etc, etc. Talked to him on the 28th of May, 2015 that I was picking my clock up because it had been more than 6 months and he agreed to have it all finished by Monday, the 1st of June but call first. But I said make it on Thursday, the 4th of June lunch time. He agreed. I did not make it on Thursday but went to his place yesterday, Friday, the 5th of June at 11:30 A.M. But he even tried to hide from me. I was able to pick up my clock and it was worst than when I first took it there as one of the hands was lose now. Not sure what he was trying to do!! I am not happy! Would you be? 6 long months! Now he is not even answering my phone calls!#reviewtowin
