One star because despite paying body corporate fees to Rex who manages Hawken Village, he avoids spending $$ on maintenance of this building, unless complaints to Council force him to do so.
The back of this building is like a ghetto slum town (how it meets Council requirements is beyond me!), the toilets are a disgrace (I wouldn’t let my dogs use them) with no running hot water, exposed nails, doors that don’t lock and lack of proper cleaning, walking around the back is dangerous due to lack of lighting and cars parked in every available space.
Not sure wat he’s spending his body corporate fees on but it isn’t on maintaining this building....
