Discusting! Serviced my new car for 4 years. Had another mechanic look over it as i thought it wasn't running well. Turns out they never replaced filters and failed to tell me at last service my breaks were low (only had 1mm left on it when due for next service). Tried speaking to them to let them know. receptionist was extremely cold and could not care less! My other hyundai when serviced last the forgot to put the cap on the engine fluid (i think it was) wasnt until days later realised that the car was leaking. went back. They put cap on but no appology! Bad practice and disappointing! Will never go back!
A representative returned my call to make a time for me to come in and test the two cars I was interested in. A smooth operator over the phone, but NOT so face to face. I had arranged to do a test drive with out my husband and other children to avoid arguments between the kids, and so that I could decide what I would prefer to purchase - manual or auto. I had made them aware of all this over the phone. On the phone the first time I spoke with them, they were ever so nice to offer to txt me the details of the address of the car yard and details on time and cars I was to be testing - they said straight after the phone call. I called management and spoke to them personally. They were apologetic for the disgusting behaviour and service displayed by this representative. There was No further discussion as to coming in on another day to test drive the car, not even an offer. The service on the phone was civil and they were interested to hear exactly what happened. They asked for my details (phone number, email address and home address) to send something in the post... I received NOTHING. I am extremely surprised. NOT.
I hired a Hyundai I-load van from avis last year for a business trip to melbourne to deliver a new customer engine. I have been in the automotive and mechanical industry for 20 years and was amazed at how good the i-load was. I have to confess i condemned the van before i had even driven it, but it turned out Hands down the most comfortable van ive driven, the most powerfull, and the most fuel efficient. I was so impressed, i have ordered myself a 2013 i-load from reynella hyundai. Sales team and finance were totally fuss free and was done in less than a day. Thanks to Amber, Stuart, Martin, and the other good looking girl who sold me the tinted windows and other add-ons. Cant wait for delivery.
