Rhimini's

I find it quite off-putting to enter a cafe and order my coffee with the first server I see at the counter, only to be either ignored or handed on to someone else because "the Barrista doesn't take the orders". If that's the case, why place them in the first spot customers will go to for service? This is what happened to me at Rhimini's and it put me right off. When it came, my coffee was actually pretty good and the rest of the service was nice - but fix that first step, please.
