We stock ENVIRON skin care, NAKED TAN body products, SHELLAC colour and SOLAR cuticle oils. Our therapists are fully qualified nationally and internationally. Ordered anti wrinkle injections through Groupon but after calling twice and leaving messages and then emailing to try to book my appointment I received no reply and due to the time it took, my voucher expired.
Managed to argue with Groupon for a refund but really poor customer service so I wouldn't trust them to inject poison into my face when they can't even return a booking request. Felt ripped off too since my voucher expired due to no return contact and could have lost my money; was it done on purpose to take people's money and not provide the service? Disappointing.

I booked one month in advance for a facial that I purchased with a Groupon voucher. Two days before my booking I received a call saying that 'unforeseen circumstances' had arisen and they could no longer accommodate my booking. The unforeseen circumstance was a beauty expo in Sydney that I googled - it had been planned 3 months in advance (at least someone was organised...) When I enquired about changing the day they couldn't get me into another appointment for months - after which point my voucher would have expired. I politely contacted them via email to request a refund and Riana herself replied in the most condescending way possible, insinuating that I was a child and trying to argue that a beauty expo is an 'unforeseen circumstance'. ...read more

It is always sad to read that clients were unhappy. It is impossible to have control over every phone call made to the clinic. I know it is not my character to treat clients with no respect. I'm sorry that it happened to you Jess8200.
Riana's is truly the hidden gem of a beautician. After some of the encounters I have had, it was a relief to find someone who not only has the know-how, the tools but also the right advice. Her salon is a pleasure to be in, very clean without being "clinical". Can't wait until my next visit.
