Ribs & Rumps Grill & Seafood

Seriously the best meat you can order on the beaches. I am in love with this place and particularly their cocktail list <3

They partook in the food and wine festival and we went for the ribs. Not one day but two days in a row as they were so good!! The chips were cooked to perfection also. They gave out a 25% discount voucher to the restaurant also which is awesome as we will be using it!!

Recent visit to this establishment at Manly and it was terrible. Terrible to the point I would not recommend or ever go back myself.
Unsure if they had a really off day on the day I visited but so many things were poor that I stand by the above.
Food below average, covered in sauce to provide flavour. The beef and pork rib meat was not fresh. The lamb was okay.
Mocktail was a waste of money - just full of syrup.
Service was worse than the food - especially from the staff that served us for most of our visit. Very unattentive. Served water that was warmer than room temp even though there was a stash of cold water to choose from. No table setting offered for toddler. Had to ask. Had to also continuously ask for napkins, as only two were offered at initial sitting of 3 course meal.
It was just sloppy and slack. There are many other places to spend the $130 our lunch cost us. Regret coming here.

Only Pros: the view of Manly beach and the hot chips.

I have been to the Ribs and rumps in Sydney Olympic park and that was awesome. This Ribs and rumps takes it to another level. The venue here is awesome with views of the beach across the road. The ribs were served on a chopping board which was something different and nice. I would definitely be back
