Rich Estate

I rented a place which was a dump - trashed outside yard, grimy and scungy inside. That was okay because the rent was cheap and the location was good. When I got the condition report the place was a palace. The few things wrong were always "but otherwise in good or excellent condition" and of course a professional cleaner had cleaned it. The next week though they tried to evict me!! Then when we did leave they said how we left it is a very messy and bad state. I would have been okay if they picked up on the damage I did cause but the c**p they did say. I had cleaned up the entire yard, and we had cleaned the house thoroughly but no "the hallway hadn't been swept" and there was "a small mark on the blinds" and I had killed the lawn (when I got it covered with dead tree, old tires, old fire pits, rocks and glass and two foot high!)

Possibly the worst real estate agent I have come across. Avoid at all costs - if a tenant they will treat appallingly and are so rude, I wish I'd known this before renting my place.

No matter how desperate you are to find a rental.... DO NOT rent through this real estate agent!!! I cannot stress this enough, they are completely rude, unprofessional and tenants are not treated like human beings but like trashy delinquents to be looked down apon. Don't expect all your bond back either, you will have to replace everything that has worn with age and spend days cleaning and it still won't be good enough!!
