I've have spent a long time looking to buy a home in Leichhardt with my daughter and have dealt with many terrible agents, until we met Frank Sulfaro from R&W Leichhardt at an open home inspection. We found Frank to be absolutely pleasant to deal with and very honest throughout the whole process. He went out of his way to make time for us and answered all our questions honestly and accurately and we truly appreciate having dealt with him and buying a home with his assistance.
We later met Frank's family at R&W Leichhardt, his brother Santos and father Joseph who now manage my daughter's investment property, which they have since helped her renovate and found her lovely tenants. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Frank and his entire family at R&W Leichhardt and recommend them to everyone.
We are first time landlords so the process was new to us. When I met Jenna she presented not as a salesperson but as someone capable and serious about their work.
I was anxious to let the house quickly but I needn't have worried as Jenna found us a tenant with dizzying speed. We signed the agency agreement on Tuesday and by Friday night we had an approved tenant. Phew.
Jenna is firm and efficient, yet approachable, a good combination. I expect she'll manage our tenants during their lease as well as she has managed us during the letting process.
