As the reviews state below, I would never recommend this agency. They are incredibly non responsive. I was a tenant in a rental they managed and on the occasions repairs were organised by them they sent in 'handy men' that had no idea what they were doing. The work carried out was laughable. I would be furious if I was the owner. They attempted to take $1000 of the bond from us upon vacating the property at the end of our lease and refused to accept phone calls to discuss this. When I attempted to escalate this to the Manager/Licensee they also refused to take my call. We had perfect property inspections throughout our tenancy and then they attempted to take more than half of our bond at the end of the tenancy.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I could never recommended this agency. They were terrible from the very beginning. The house we rented was partly furnished and there was no mention of this until we saw the property after signing the lease. "You must have forgotten"was the response. Then it took 6 months or more for basic repairs to be done. Then when we vacated the property we were charged to clean things that were there when we moved in and for repairs that were reported months before we left. Reception staff was always lovely but actual transparency and dealings with staff were terrible. Very disappointed I was treated this way.
As someone who rented a property through this agency a few years ago I was appalled at the rudeness that not only I received but that I witnessed others openly receive in front of everyone at their offices on several occasions. There is one agent in particular whose name I will spare - who is not only unprofessional but shows an open contempt for tenants. Once while visiting their office I walked in to find the agent lambasting a tenant in front of me, others and the receptionist, accusing him of being, "just like all tenants" and crudely saying, "tenants couldn't be trusted". The poor fella looked speechless. I was aghast as was he obviously.
