Richmond Regent Twin Cinema

First time visiting this theatre.

Saw the movie figures which was an amazing film.

However not informed by staff that the air conditioning was not working and everyone in the theatre were sweating as it was such a hot hot day.

Staff were running around handing out tap water to patrons in the theatre.

Not good enough staff knew the air conditioning was not working and therefore should have advised patrons accordingly.

I believe patrons who visited the theatre should be compensated by at least offering a free ticket to a movie of their choice.

Very poor and that is why I am giving a ratine of 2 stars.

Love the theatre with its old world charm. Always up to date with new movies and regular updates. Comfortable seats to sink into. Regular updates of new movies. Only critique is staff could be more user friendly to fit with the lovely friendly country atmosphere in Richmond. It is friendly warm welcoming atmosphere created by staff that creates nice memories for people to want to keep coming back.

Not a huge selection of movies. It is old and well used! Has character though!
