We rang Rick on a Monday and made an appointment for our TV repair for 7.30 that night. He arrived on a cold, rainy evening at precisely 7.30. He was extremely courteous and well-prepared for the job. He discussed the 5 BLACK LINES (!!) on our LG plasma and was concerned that one of them was possibly caused by a problem he would not be able to repair. We decided to go ahead with the job even if it meant still having one line through the screen. After two hours of meticulous work Rick turned our TV on.....NO BLACK LINES! We are thrilled and cannot recommend Rick highly enough for fixing a problem we thought would only end by paying a rip-off price to a repair person or by throwing our TV away. Thank you Rick.
We had up to 8 black lines on our 50" LG plasma. Now thanks to Rick, our TV is like brand new. Took him about 2.5 hours to fix in our house. Rick also found another problem with it and came back a second time to fix that - all for the same price - $250 - much cheaper than forking out for a new TV!
