yesterday we called in looking for something specific. Walking the shop for 5 minutes listening to obviously the owner and maybe daughter and one other, never got hello, can we help? Just ignored us. Quess what? Lovely girl a couple of shops up got a $50 sale. Being in retail, nothing annoys me more. You get aknowleged every time you walk into my business.
