Right Track Curtains and Blinds

*Beware.* Purchased blinds from company in early January this year. Was given a 4-6 week time frame for delivery/installation. After nearly 3 months we began calling to follow up our order, only to be told that the factory was behind in orders and someone would chase it up and give us a call. After numerous follow ups over the next few weeks we still hadn't heard anything and no one had bothered phoning us back, so we decided to go to the store personally. We were then told that the company had changed ownership and there was a dispute between the old owner and current owner and they had put a freeze on production and on the orders. We were told they were unable to refund our money, nor were they able to advise when or if we would get our blinds installed. They simply gave us the details of the old owner to chase up ourselves.
