He is a practitioner of the middle way of TCM and a lifelong internal martial artist (those arts aimed at cultivation). He practises Traditional Acupuncture which is the insertion of tiny single use needles into specific channels of function around the body to promote smooth flow of energy. Rik also applies Chinese Herbal Medicine - an apothecary of over 250 herbal powders that are combined into individually tailored classical formulae. No Animal products.
