They planned to come out and quote a job (appox $4k worth) on the friday or saturday which was only a few streets away, did not show up, did not even call to say why. When i finally got hold of them after the weekend on a private number and asked why they didnt even call me they said 'the job is too small' then i asked why they wasted my time and didnt say that in the first place so i could have organized someone else the reply was 'oh well you know now'
