Riot Art and Craft

Went in as needed some card for making Christmas cards and they had exactly what I needed. Staff were really friendly and helpful and ended up buying more than I went in for (not by being sold to may I add)
Store is pretty easy to navigate and always seems to be specials on.

I went in to purchase paper for my wedding and the staff were incredibly abrupt and rude. I intended to purchase 50 sheets of paper. They informed me they didn't have it and were too busy to ring other stores because they only had two staff on. After some persuasion they agreed to phone stores if we wait outside, for how long we were not told. During this time the management proceeded to come outside and tell us how rude we were. I am utterly astounded at the service. I have always found it friendly and helpful but after this episode I will not be shopping here anymore.

This is a very nice store for anyone who is into arts and crafts. Huge selection, with some bargains to be found. The staff are very nice and helpful, but it is quite easy to find your way around the store without assistance
