Bought a voucher for Mothers Day from my kids to my wife in May 2016. After a year of trying to get an appointment finally gave up. Tried to get my money back after over 10 mails and 5 calls. Said they had transferred the money to my credit card (which I had cancelled in December 2016), after in the 10 mails and calls I asked for it to be transferred to my bank. Now working with the ACCC and NSW Fair trading to try and recoup the cash.....I wouldn't use this business if I were you!
I've used Ripple quite a few times, but only for myself. This time I arranged for a group session for a friend's hens party and it went surprisingly smoothly! They helped us plan our schedule so that three of us could have our massages at the same time, so the treatments for all of us didn't take too long. Thanks for being so flexible - I know it wasn't easy to schedule 9 different treatments of different lengths! Glad I didn't have to do it ;)
