Glorious Houseboat Holiday.
Australia Day we took off up to Brooklyn to collect our pre-booked Ripples Houseboat.
I had done the booking some months ago and it was confirmed online and a deposit taken.
Ripples staff confirmed it with me and sent me all the details I required to know about spending 5 days on the most wonderful waterway in Australia.
The boat itself was clean and ready for us. Infact they called me the night before to say if I wanted to come earlier than I had booked, I could.

What better way to holiday than on the picturesque Hawkesbury river.
My family and I just spent a week on a Ripples houseboat and I have to say that it was one of the most relaxing weeks I've ever had.

We arrived to find the houseboat ready to depart. We had a quick safety briefing before being shown the features of our boat by the helpful and friendly staff. They then escorted us out into the river before leaving us to relax on our own.
