Rite Price Heating & Cooling

We had our Mitsubishi ducted air conditioning installed buy Rite PRice Heating and Cooling and the experience has been great. We purchased the system from them and the installation process was smooth and awesome!!! Thanks guys

Their inital interest was good and direct. BUT thats where it stopped I requested, and was given a quote for 2 different brands of ducted airconditioning. Not only did they get the model numbers confused against the factory ratings they also were going to charge me only about 300 less the lesser known unit on the final quote and yet the actual price of the lesser known unit itself was almost $1000 or so cheaper, and that was based on their web site pricing for the 2 different units in the similar power rating. Need not say they didnt get my business. Not sure what went on but the quote was full of holes and mistakes. Quiet clear they dint want or need the business...Make up your own mind but read and examine the quote very very carefully.

I got a Mitsubishi reverse cycle AC fitted by Rite Price Heating and Cooling. I had several electrical issues from the fitting and had no assistance from the company to come and fix the problem. I phoned the ‘help desk’ on several occasions who happily told me they would come and look at it, they never did. I eventually got an electrician in to fix the problem. I’m still having issues with the fitting, still ring the ‘help desk’, still no reply after two phone calls over the last two weeks. I would not deal with this company, there after sales service is terrible and they will not address any issues. I will be telling anyone who wants an AC not to deal with Rite Price.
