Ritz Party Hire & Supplies

Hired a karaoke machine for Saturday night, It arrived late, not the machine we hired and he failed to bring a trolley so my husband had to do it with our own. It was supposed to be filled with the latest music yet we couldn't find anything from the past decade, we advised him when he came to collect it and he just said thats not possible and that it was updated 4 weeks ago. I told him I'll turn it on to show him, he refused and kept insisting that it had the latest music on it. Once he had taken the machine he did end up saying that it was possible that that machine missed the update. (I'd say it hasn't been updated in 15 years) We ended up only using it for about an hour and used our own small machine with music that suited our 17-35 year old guests. It was an absolute waste of our $260 He offered no refund or discount. I do not recommend hiring a jukebox/karaoke machine from Ritz unless you like 50's to 90's music.

How are these guys in business? My Fiancee' emailed these clowns, and asked for a simple price list. We both work full time (7am to 6pm), and can not always get in to have an in-person visit. They were downright rude, refusing to send a price list despite the above, and their exact reply was "We do not get into Dutch auctions as we have a strong customer base".... REALLY?! How pathetic! I will make it my mission to negatively review and spread the word as far and wide as possible not to use this company. And I am 100% for supporting the little guy.

Go somewhere else!
We had ordered cutlery,glasses,tables and chairs for our wedding and the service and experience was terrible.
The glasses we had ordered came and were broken.
When i went to pay for the order and do the final order and check of things it turned out the computer system failed and in fact i had paid for someone elses order and not mine until it was too late and the order had been stuffed up.
